Founder and Managing Director

Following in my father’s footsteps, my passion for the world of show business began at an early age.  At just sixteen, I embarked on my career as the Entertainments Manager at Blackpool’s once iconic Norbreck Castle – one of the UK’s largest integrated hotel, conference and exhibition centres.  In this role, I was responsible for delivering a year-round programme of daytime activities and first-class evening entertainment.

My role quickly expanded to include overseeing conference and banqueting, before progressing to head-up the hotel’s sales and marketing department.  It was during this time that I developed extensive experience in event production, managing large-scale conferences for up to 1500 delegates, overseeing awards dinners for over 1000 guests and organising exhibitions and televised sporting events across more than 2500 square meters of floor space.

Alongside my professional career, I founded Warren Tolley Productions Ltd.  The company began by supplying high-quality entertainers and bands to hotels, holiday parks and corporate clients.  Thanks to a reputation for reliability, quality and value, the business grew rapidly.

Over time, WTP Ltd expanded its services to include full-scale conference production and event management.  After over 30 years of delivering events across the UK, this has become the core focus of our business – creating memorable, flawlessly executed events for clients across a range of business sectors.
